Refund and Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 10 days of placing the order.

Service Cancellation

For our services (Custom Software Development, Cloud Migration, etc.), cancellation requests must be made in accordance with the specific service agreement or contract signed at the beginning of the engagement. If no specific agreement exists, you may request cancellation within 10 days of the project start date, provided substantial work has not yet commenced. Consultations and audits (e.g., Cybersecurity Audit) cannot be cancelled once the service has been delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for services are processed on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the service delivered (e.g., initial software prototype), please report your concerns to our project management team within 10 days. We will review the deliverables against the agreed-upon requirements. If a deficiency in service is established, a partial or full refund may be issued at MindRyx's discretion. Refunds are not applicable for completed milestones that have already been approved by the client.

Warranty

In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by MindRyx, it will take 1-7 business days for the refund to credited.
